Please note the following before registering or changing your registration

  • You will be charged for the satellite events (Sun-Tues) if you select any event from Sunday to Tuesday
  • You will be charged for the main conference (Wed-Fri) if you select any event from Wednesday to Friday
  • Discounts are applied automatically for: students; members (IEEE/ACM/AEA); registration before August 25; registration for both satellite and main conference and certain other situations. See the end of this page for the calculated charges.
  • Your registration and any changes are saved as soon as valid data is entered. Please do not use the 'back' button, or open multiple windows/tabs on the same registration file to avoid reverting to older saved data.

Selection of Sessions and Options

Choose the conference sessions (and other options) you wish to register for. Selecting any Sunday-Tuesday session will result in you being charged the fee for satellite events. Selecting any Wednesday to Friday Event will result in you being charged the main conference fee. There is a discount for attending both. We are asking you to choose now to ensure we allocate rooms with the correct size, to plan the number of meals, and to ensure speakers are registered for their own sessions.

Please avoid registering for conflicting sessions. We will warn you if you try, but we will not prevent it because there may be a few exceptional cases where it is necessary.

If you author or presenter of one or more papers in symposia, workshops or other sessions please give the IDs of those here. It is essential that at least one author register by August 25th and attend, otherwise your acceptance may be cancelled.     Check here if you cannot use a credit card with Paypal and must wire funds ($30 extra charge for this mode of payment). Handing wired funds and processing cheques takes a lot of time; Canadian banks also charge this amount to deposit wired funds. Registration will not be considered complete until the wired funds or cheque is deposited. You will be contacted with information about where to send funds, and you must wire the funds within two business days and send us an email containing a picture of your wire receipt.

Registration is not considered complete until payment occurs. Unpaid Registrations with an unverifiable or duplicate name or email address will be deleted. Registrations remaining unpaid after August 25 will be deleted unless you contact us explaining any problem you are encountering.

If you have indicated you wish to pay by wire transfer, we will contact you.

If Paypal payment is rejected, check that the address and name that your credit card has on file exactly matches the address and name that Paypal has on file or that you enter when paying with Paypal. Then try again after waiting a while. The conference does not store your credit card number or other data associated with your credit card. Unpaid registrations after August 25th will be deleted after a few hours unless you have made special arrangements with us.
